By Train

On arrival at Nottingham station, you will have two options for travelling to the marina.

1. Walking
The marina is located about 10 minutes walk from the main station. You want to walk straight across Carrington Street, which runs along the front of the station. You will then see a modern building the Magistrates court. If you make you way to this building, you will see the canal on your right. Follow the canal bank until you reach Homebase. Cut across Homebase's car park and walk towards the main road. On approaching this road you will be able to see the marina on your right hand side. Cross the road and the entrance gates are on the far side. We suggest that if you have luggage or very young children you should take the second option.

2. Taxi
The Marina is located only about 5 minutes by car. However we would recommend that if you have luggage, this would be the most practical way. You should normally find taxi's waiting at the front of the station. If there are no taxi's available, please find two Taxi Companies who operate in this area:
